How we work

Wellbeing looks different in Aotearoa. Our work is shaped by indigenous models of health and wellbeing, working with mind, body and environment together. It’s how we help change minds, lives and workplaces for the better.

Reasons people reach out

Does any of this sound like you?

You don’t need a diagnosis, or even the right words, to reach out. People come to us when:

  • You can’t switch your brain off.
  • You’re running on empty.
  • The pressure of your job is following you home.
  • You’re snapping at people you love.
  • Something happened and you can’t shake it.
  • You feel low and you’re not sure why.
  • You wonder if your brain just works differently.
  • You just want someone neutral to talk to.

If even one of these sounds familiar, it’s worth a conversation.

Private means private

What you share here stays here

Whoever you talk to, registered psychologist or specialist clinician, they’re bound by a professional code and answerable to it. What you discuss stays between you and them, within limits we explain plainly at the start. If you come to us through your workplace, your employer doesn’t learn what you talk about.

Who you will talk to

The right person for you

More than 40 registered psychologists and specialist staff across Aotearoa. Choose who you’d like to work with, or we’ll take the time to match you with the right person, not whoever is free. And if the fit isn’t right, we’ll change it.
