Social Worker/Counsellor

Supervisor / Coach

Overview

Reaching out for support can feel like a big and vulnerable step—especially when life already feels heavy. Jessica understands that asking for help isn't always easy, particularly for those who have spent years carrying things alone.

Her approach is built on the belief that therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. She is here to walk alongside you at your pace, offering a space where you can be heard, validated, and gently supported to explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and being.

Jessica values genuine human connection and works in a way that honours your lived experience, cultural background, and personal values. Her aim is not to "fix" you, but to support you in reconnecting with your strengths, healing from what hurts, and creating a life that feels more aligned and manageable.

Skills and Experience

Jessica (she/her) is a qualified and registered social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting people to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, self-compassion, and resilience.

She draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and re-parenting techniques—always tailoring her approach to meet each person's unique needs and goals.
